Hi team,

Want to check the INL/DNL spec in our datasheet:

Top page shows INL: ±1.5 LSB, DNL: ±0.5 LSB

EC page shows INL: ±2.6 LSB, DNL: ±0.9 LSB

Please confirm which number is correct. And I assume ADC3664 is the same family with ADC3564, what's the INL/DNL spec of ADC3564?

These are the correct numbers:

EC page shows INL: ±2.6 LSB, DNL: ±0.9 LSB

Sorry for the confusion, we have a note to fix this in the datasheet in the next revision.

Hi Rob,

Thanks for your clarification. My customer is designing thermal image machine, and their requirement:

Dual channel, >100Mbps, SNR>77dB, INL<2LSB, DNL<±0.5LSB.

Could you please suggest a proper HSADC for me?

Hi Sirui,

In the table below are three HS ADCs that may work for your customer. These ADCs do not have >77 SNR, but customer could use any of these devices and sum the two channels together to increase the SNR by 3dB and meet the SNR requirement.
