I've inherited a design using this device.  It seems to be putting harmonics of the 48MHz clock we're using into the 3V supply, so I consulted the data sheet for supply filtering recommendations.  A choke was suggested between Va and Vdr, but there's no recommendation on value.  Someone asked exactly this question on a forum post 7 years ago, but it was never answered.  Can you help, please?  The inherited design uses a chip ferrite, but this isn't working well.

    Hi Pete,

    Is it possible for you to share portions of the schematic of the clocking and ADC sections? Layout for the ADC power supply and around the ADC would help also.

    If this is in reference to any upcoming design change, adding newer LDOs such as TPS7A96 will significantly reduce these spurs. If you are trying to solve by swapping parts into an existing design, it may not be possible but we can certainly review and try to offer suggestions.
