Hi team,

Here is a question one of our customers is experiencing, could you please provide some troubleshooting suggestions?

After Setup_TSW14J57ADCFirmware.exe is installed, use quartus 18.1 to compile the "Setup_TSW14J57ADCFirmware.zip" project. generated output_file.rbf file and then downloaded to the TSW14J57EVM via High Speed Data Converter Pro. READ_REGISTER_FAILED error is indicated. What causes this error?
