In out design we are using ADC12DJ5200 IC, I want to know that what is the minimum input power level that ADC12dj5200 ic can sense?

    Hello Harshitha, 

    How would you like the minimum input power level specified in Vpp dBm or something else? Can you also share your desired sampling frequency as the minimum detectable power level will be dependent on the bandwidth you are sampling over due to the integration of noise.

    Thank you for the response.

    I Want to know the minimum input power range for below mentioned Sampling frequencies and Input Frequency.

    ADC operation in Dual Channel Mode:

    • Sampling frequency: 3200 MHz, and IF Range: 2-3GHz
    • Sampling frequency: 3328 MHz, and IF Range: 2-3GHz
    • Sampling frequency: 5200 MHz, and IF Range: 2-3GHz

    ADC operation in Single Channel Mode:

    • Sampling frequency: 8400 MHz, and IF Range: 2-3GHz
    • Sampling frequency: 10400 MHz, and IF Range: 2-3GHz

    Hi Harshitha,

    There is no minimum input power range. The device can be left floating. There must be some other condition for Eric to perform any measurements - such as "what is the minimum power at this frequency range such that {insert condition here}. Can you rephrase your question with the extra clarity? Otherwise, we do not know what you are after and cannot offer any support.
