ADC12DL3200: ADC12DL3200 vs die temperature

Part Number: ADC12DL3200
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: LM95233

Dear  Sirs,

it the Recommended Operating Conditions section of the datasheet, the ADC12DL3200 has a:

-  Max Operating free-air temperature = 85 °C;
-  Max Operating junction temperature = 105 °C.

I've the following questions:

1) when you say "(1)     Prolonged use above this junction temperature may increase the device failure-in-time (FIT) rate."
for Max Operating junction temperature, you say that if ADC works between 85 to 105 °C has this problem or when it
works at 105 °C?

2) in the range 85 to 105 °C, are there problems such as reduce performance or data bus and clock jitter?

3) in the range 75 to 85 °C, with the clock frequency at 4.8 GHz and all the data bus actives (at 1.2 GHz),
I've problems to acquire the data sample or data pattern. Do you know if the ADC near 85 °C has reduce
performance if the adc clock has a high value?

4) I use the LM95233 to measure the die temperature of the ADC12DL3200. Do you know if this chain
works correctly or I must sum a delta temperature correction?

Best Regards,
Daniele
