TX7516: Mechanical

Hi

For thermal dissipation, metal heatsink will be mounted on the top TX7516 . We should apply adequate mechanical pressure to ensure good thermal conductivity.

What is the recommended Mechanical Pressure for TX7516 BGA chip (unit is PSI ,Pounds per square inch ), to avoid IC destoryed by over stressed. Same question for AFE5828.
