Yes it is possible to access the SPI ports directly through a jumper J15, which is by default DNI on the board. If you take a look at the ADC schematic at the following link and click download design files. I have also attached a link to a page to get the correct connector. https://www.samtec.com/products/tsw-112-07-g-d
