Is it possible through jumpers or other methods to modify the ADC12DJ5200RFEVM board to communicate with the clock synthesizers and ADC through SPI directly rather than the USB port?

Hello Sean,

Yes it is possible to access the SPI ports directly through a jumper J15, which is by default DNI on the board. If you take a look at the ADC schematic at the following link and click download design files. I have also attached a link to a page to get the correct connector. https://www.samtec.com/products/tsw-112-07-g-d

If you would like we can also make this modification for you and mail you the board. This will take a bit longer I would estimate 1-2 weeks. If this fits your timeline and is preferable let me know.
