Hello, could you confirm if there is any type of leakage current at the inputs of the ADS7142IRUGR when there is not powered?. I cannot find that information in the datasheet.

Take a look at the Absolute Maximum Ratings table on page 4 of the datasheet. The analog input voltage cannot exceed AVdd by more than 300mV.
Oh, thank you! I didn't realize of that limitation. Is there any way to power down the device, limiting the AINX input current? The device is reading two voltages that are always on, but it is powered from a differernt power rail.

You could limit the current to a few milliamps, but its best to disable anything on the analog inputs while there is no power to the ADS7142. External protection diodes may help, but you still run the risk of back driving the supply while power is off. What does your schematic ahead of the ADC inputs look like?
