I would like to know if this component is the same chip with respect to ADC128S102QML-SP but with different package and screening or if they are different chips.

    Hi Guido,

    The two parts go through a different process flow. The ADC128S102-SEP and the ADC128S102QML-SP have similar electrical performance, but go through different processes at the chip level to ensure that the ADC128S102QML-SP (not just the package) is more resilient to radiation. Take a look at this E2E thread for a little bit more background, and while it is a comparison between the consumer-grade and space-grade parts, some information still holds when comparing the SP and SEP parts. So while they should be similar in electrical performance, we can not guarantee that will hold given certain radiation environments. Please let me know if this helps!
