I'm currently working on a project involving multiple AFE4400 devices to capture PPG waveforms. However, I've encountered a significant challenge with SPI communication. While a single AFE4400 on the bus operates correctly, adding a second device introduces issues. Despite setting the DIGOUT_TRISTATE bit to make the other AFE's SPI bus inactive, data reception is inconsistent, and sometimes the AFE4400 devices unexpectedly enter power-down mode.
Has anyone faced a similar issue with multiple AFE4400s or other SPI devices? How did you manage to maintain stable communication without the devices powering down or losing data? Any insights or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
