Does the package have any decoupling caps already built in? If so, do you have details you can provide?
I was wondering if you can provide the max frequency that we should analyze up to.

Hello Daniel,
Apologies for the delay, I am still looking into this question for, if you could give me until Wednesday 3/6/2024, that would be greatly appreciated.
Best,
Eric Kleckner
Hi Daniel,
This was confirmed, there are no on-chip caps internally of any kind.
Thanks,
Rob
Hi Daniel,
I would look at this over your max input frequency, but decoupling in general will not really be effective past 500MHz, and even that is a stretch.
The best you can do, is to sandwich your internal pcb layer of the power and grounds together within 4mils or less. This will inherently build a capacitor which will be more effective at higher frequencies. You will get even more capacitance if you stackup allows for ground - power - ground, etc.
Regards,
Rob
