ADC development card for FPGAs

Hi all,

I am new to using ADCs. I am interested in designing an AM demodulator for IRIG time code signals. I want to do this by sampling the wave. I am looking for a sampling frequency of 5MHz, and precision of 12 bits. I want to perform the demodulation and decoding in Xilinx/Altera  FPGAs. Can someone please tell me whether there is any ADC development card (with the above specs), which can interface with some Xilinx/Altera FPGA board.
