Hi Team,
For ADS7138-Q1, although our ADC input is not a fixed value so using TUE(Total Unadjusted Error) might not reflect the actual performance.
But customer want us to evaluate the maximum error range, based on below error, drift, offset information in the datasheet, may I know how to get the TUE accordingly?
I mean including the thermal drift(Unit: ppm/oC) and the Gain error(Unit: %FSR).
Kindly guide us on how to calculate this part.
