at VDD 5V the design works, but the same circuitry and register settings are not working for 1.8V Vdd and Vref why so

My schematic is below

Register settings

0x1F is 0FF9

0x03 is 0400

0x05 is 0000

0x19 is F300 always i see 2V at output, how can this happen ?

the same settings worked with VDD 5V and given proper output values.

    Hi Shyam, 

    Are you able to read back data from the registers when you use the 1.8V supply? 

    Also, it should not be possible that the DAC output is 2V while the VDD is 1.8V. Can you measure both VDD and the DAC output to check if the output is really greater than VDD?
