I wanted to ask if there is any Texas Instruments ADC that can be configured so that if it receives X value higher than a limit value, it triggers a signal that reaches the microcontroller (so that the microcontroller enters a peripheral interrupt on the GPIO to that signal). I want to apply this ADC to read current readings and that the micro forms the signal that is coming to the microcontroller, but I wanted to implement the code so that if a short circuit occurs, is the ADC itself that interprets that exceeds a limit value and trigger a signal that enters the microcontroller by a GPIO and cause an interruption.
I do not know if you have an ADC that has these characteristics.
