We are using DAC39J84 chips in developing our own mezzanine products. We are running into issues, where we can't communicate with DAC chip via SPI lines. We had almost 40 boards out of which more than half have the same issue. All the problems are associated with DAC39J84 not being able to communicate. It points out to soldering issue. The assembly house is using the below reflow profile. May I know if there is recommended solder reflow profile for DAC39J84 BGA chips ?
