I'd like to confirm GND for ADC3563.
① In the ADC specifications, the voltage ranges for GND, IOGND, and REFGND are -0.3Vmin to +0.3Vmax.
I understood that this is a specification for the potential difference between the three grounds.
Is this understanding correct?
② In the ADC specifications, I understood that the reference 0V for AVDD and IOVDD -0.3Vmin to 2.1V is the reference potential (0V) for GND in ①.
Is this understanding correct?
