ADS9227EVM: Unable to Acquire Data

I realized I was using an older version of GUI. 
I downloaded the v2.0 from TI, now the interface matches the guide.

But I am still seeing some error:

Hello Hao,

It looks like the FPGA controller card is enumerating correctly as "Texas Instruments Sparrow Device." 

After you click "Program FPGA", do you see D1 (red LED) on DC155C board turn on? This LED indicates successful FPGA programming:

Thanks for confirming that the FPGA is not programming successfully. I'll forward this to our software team to review the error logs.

Meanwhile, can you please try the following debug steps:

1. Disconnect USB-C cable from DC155C. Both PCBs should be completely powered down.
2. Close ADS92xx GUI software.
3. Restart PC
4. Upon restart complete, connect DC155C and ADS9227EVMs with default jumpers.
5. Connect USB-C cable.
6. Start ADS92xx GUI
7. Proceed through each of the four initialization steps one by one (ensure each step completes before proceeding). 

If this does not successfully program the FPGA, share the most recent error logs and we'll have to take a closer look internally.

Hi Ryan, thanks for the tips!
I checked a bit for the DC155C board photo, and realized the power LEDs are not ON. I measured the votlage and they seems to be off. I checked the jumper again, and found that the Power Jumper is set to EXT 5V! 

Changed that, now all the LEDs are on.

But now there is a new issue.
It says Device ID mismatch 
Does the EVM still work? Do I need to do something else?

I do have another follow up question. 

Is there a way to programmatically export the data captured? Right now I am running some test to characterize the signal chain and there're multiple settings to try out. I know I can Right Click and Export, but I am trying to see if there is a simpler way.
