Hi Tom,

I'm also having trouble with my newly purchased ADS1198ECG-FE PDK.

Could you please tell me how I get started with testing the board.

What are the signals that I have to give to the DB15 connector and What are the jumper settings that I should use?

I don't have a ECG simulator.

I'm intended to give two signals from signal generators to test two channels.

Hi Ally,

Sorry to hear that you're having problems with getting the EVM up and running. The board is tested here with a signal generator (details are in this post). This is done with the default jumper settings, the User's Guide for the 1198EVM (page 17 has most of the default jumper settings) has these. And, of course, make sure you have the most current 1198 Evaluation software. This should help get you up and running. If not, then please describe the problems you are encountering, and we'll be glad to help you any way we can.
