I am having trouble with the large input current of the IC.
AVDD1 = 5V
AVDD2 = 5V
AVSS = 0V
REFP = 2.5V
REFN = 0V
IOVDD = 3.3V
OSR 1024
AINP=4.5V Current 350uA
AINN=0.5V Current 350uA
Since the input current is large as mentioned above,
The voltage drop is large and measurement accuracy is poor.
The datasheet says 4uA.
Does anyone know?
