Hi, 

How to change the gain of the internal amplifier present in the ADS1231.

    Hi Murugavel S,

    Please refer to the ADS1231 datasheet.  This device has a fixed gain of 128 only.  Another single-channel option would be the ADS1230 which has gain options of 64 and 128 but with slightly lower resolution.  The ADS1232 is a two channel 24-bit ADC with gain options of 1, 2, 64 and 128.  All of these devices are pin controlled for gain settings. 

    If you need additional gain options you could also consider the ADS1220.
