The customer uses ST MCU, do not know whether it is a driver problem, and now reading is not normal.

The ADS131M04 driver I downloaded from TI.com looks different than yours, see below. I am not sure why you are making changes to it

Please follow the code to understand what "bytesPerWord" is. It is all there for you to understand.
Question 3: Is there any other engineering code for the chip? (In addition to the official website driver)
What else is needed beyond the official driver?

Installing the .exe file yields a folder structure shown in the image below. There is some DMA code in the highlighted file.
