Is this package is "good" to the ADC12QJ1600 chip?

I mean can I use this utility -TI204C IP - to connect the ADC12QJ1600 (JMODE8 4 lanes 64/66b) to a Xilinx FPGA like ZU11?

All of our FW releases are handled through requests at this website https://www.ti.com/tool/TI-JESD204-IP I am not sure what you downloaded but to get JESD FW for a specific JMODE please put in a request at the link above.
