Hi All,
I connect TSW3100 to our CMOS board and it produces kind of modulated signal.
All LED of TSW3100 lit up properly for CMOS Patterns. ( D13,14,15,19,20,21)
1) TSW 3100 GUI does not run if "interleaved" is not checked.
1) IF signal appears to have on wrong format. I tied both : two's compliment and offset bin.
2) Can anyone suggest what could be the causes. Attached are IF signal and TSW GUI settings.

Which connector did you connect to? J63 or J64? I would leave the GUI selection to complex and un-check the interleaved mode, set the format to offset binary. In this mode you should get a complex sinusoid on J63 and J64. We've been using this CMOS mode for several years so this should work without any issues.
Also try swap bus in the logic analyzer in case you have MSB and LSB directions swapped. I have attached the J63 and J64 pinout connections.

In complex mode you have cos and sin on J63 and J64. The plot above shows you have a sign bit (MSB) problem. I would toggle 2s complement in this case. It should work unless you have the bits mapped wrong or the translation in the logic analyzer is setup wrong.
I pasted the schematic of the output port again. hopefully this time it works.
