Hi Saad Jabir,
Can you send us a screenshot of the error you are receiving?
Also, can you send me front and back images of the board you received? The EEPROM should come preprogrammed so I would like to discuss this with our EVM manufacturer
-Bryan
it seems not able to connect usb as I hear the sound when you unplugg USB. I tried different USBs but it is the same \
Hi Saad Jabir,
The images you are sending are coming through, I can at least see the image of the back of the board. Usually you can just copy and paste an image into the window. You can also use the Insert dropdown at the bottom of the post, then select File / Image
I will send you a link to download a tool that will help you write the correct values to the EEPROM. You will need to accept my friend request

Hi Bryan, It accepted to paste the first two images BUT refuses to paste the last one .
This last one is a top view of the PHI and ADS131M98EVM boards .
You can just see the default jupers and components. If you want it I have to send it by another way.
Hi Saad Jabir,
No this is fine for now. Let me know what happens after you get the EEPROM SW installed
