ADS7028: Are there other ADCs with RMS capture module and differential inputs?

Hi,

I am looking at the ADS7028 for a new project.  I like the part for having built-in averaging and RMS voltage capture capabilities.

Would there happen to be a similar part that can accept a differential input signal?

The signal can be offset so that the voltage range of each input pin is within 0V - Vdd.
