Hi all

I received news that the AMC7812BSRGCR component is discontinued.

I tried looking for more information on the TI site but couldn't find anything.

Please can anyone help me?

Hi Nicola,

The AMC7812BSRGCR is not being discontinued. A single orderable, the "AMC7812L" has been discontinued. We have decided to move the AMC7812 family to a custom device. It is still orderable and will be sustained and supported for the foreseeable future.

The component can be purchased from distributors but I can't understand why I can't see the datasheet or other information relating to the component from the TI website: for example I can not see if the component is ACTIVE or not...

I don't understand why the information on AMC7812B component disappeared. For example it's very strange to start this new thread I had to select "AMC7812EVM-PDK" because it wasn't possible to select "AMC7812B"...

Hi Nicola,

Paul mentioned this device has been moved to a custom device. Custom devices do not appear on ti.com or e2e which is why you do not see it anymore. When the ti.com/mysecuresresources link is ready you will still be able to access all files through the secure resources portal on ti.com.
