DAC39RF10EVM: On the EVM PCB, R163 pulls up to 3.3V. Will this damage the SCS_n input through the analog mux U36?

Part Number: DAC39RF10EVM

The DAC on this board has VDDIO set to 1.8V and the input specs on SCS input pin (connected to net named DAC_CS_n) is VDDIO + 0.3V = 2.1V.

If R163 which pulls up to 3.3V at U36's input damage or stress the DAC as the pulled up voltage will flow through to U36s output.

Should R163 have been pulled to 1.8V instead?

If this is an error, can I remove R163 provided I drive it to a known state through the FMC interface?

Thank you.
