My customer wants to know ADC34RF52IRTD package size and toleance.

Could you please let me know below value ?

a. Tolerance of side pin (0.2 ± xx mm ?)

b. Max value of stand off.

If it is not defined, actual value is also OK.

Hi Koji,

There is no tolerance provided for the 0.2mm dimension. There is no explicit max so I would have to say 0.975mm as absolute max but the average measured height of the package I have says around 0.9mm.

This is referring to the max value of the 0.2mm measurement? I'm not familiar with what the term "standoff" is referring to.

Koji,

The max value for this dimension is 0.1mm. Typical shows 0.08mm. Avg of actual measured shows 0.081mm
