No, I don't believe it does - at least not the toggle of the /PD/RST pin, that's just something I've always routinely done over the years.

G4 is 'green', the part is from July 2023.

Ch1: is VCC POWER for ADS8664, CH2 is C/S pin

After many Test, If I Apply the glitch for C/S Pin before the power build, the ADC will freeze, HW Reset or firmware Reset still can't work , the reading is freeze

C/S pin is by the photocoupler, so will general the Glitch

Does a pull-up or down help to resolve the /CS glitch?

Where is the information mentioned in datasheet?

There is nothing in the datasheet about the /CS pin bouncing around.  Or is there something else you are looking for?

In my application, the input already have voltage input before VDD build, if the ADC freeze, have any method to wake up the ADC?

HW Reset? Software Reset?

Can you tell me if it is really the /CS bouncing or is it having analog input voltage present before power is applied that is causing your problems?

Yes to voltage or to /CS or both?  If voltage, what level/ch do you have applied?

main issue is the ADC freeze, when the  analog input voltage present before power is applied , or CS/ bouncing Before power applied,

in this situation. i can't reboot the ADC Whatever the HW reset or Firmware Reset

I won't be able to easily reproduce the /CS bounce, but if you let me know what voltages you have on the analog inputs I can try that.
