as below table, the Ambient temperature condition is 85deg?

Thanks for your question. The device's operating range is defined for a typical ambient temperature of 25C. Do you mean this specification or the ambient temperature during the functional safety tests? I believe that would depend on the IEC standard.

These tests are completed across the operating temperature range of the device. So in this case, that is –40°C to +125°C.
