What is the correct way to terminate the input pins on unused channels of ADS131Mxx?

Hi Jim,

For unused analog input pins, customers can leave them floating or connect them to AGND as the data sheet states in the section 9.1.1 Unused Inputs and Outputs. I would suggest to tie them to AGND.
