Hello team,
My customer wants to pull up Digital Input (SCLK, SDIN, SYNC) to 3.3V before VDD. So the power up sequence looks like below.
But they are powering up DIN and IOVDD at the same time.
On the datasheet, Abs Max of DIN is VDD+0.3V.
But datasheet also states:
VDD and IOVDD should be applied before any other pin (such as VREFH) is brought high.
The power-up sequence of VDD and IOVDD is irrelevant.
Therefore, IOVDD can be brought up before VDD, or vice-versa.
Can customer pull up DIN before VDD, if IOVDD is powered up?
