ADS8688EVM-PDK: GUI Installer

I would like to download the GUI installer for the ADS8688EVM evaluation boards that I recently purchased from Digikey. I received the following message from your website after export control questions were answer. After sending a message to the email below, I received a reply that the email address is invalid. How do I get export approval and download the installer?

Please contact Texas Instruments at sw_export2@list.ti.com . Include your First and Last Name, Company Name, Company URL, and email address, along with the exact filename and description of the software you wish to access.

Hi Joseph,

I'd recommend using the same email address in the export control questions as you use for your myTI account.

If you still have issues, please do try to work with the folks on the sw_export2 email list or try submitting a request to the customer support center at https://ticsc.service-now.com/csm/. E2E is primarily aimed at applications support so unfortunately we're not your best bet for getting help with this particular issue.
