Hi,
ADS4146 on the CMOS mode,
The signal from the D14-D0 pin is output at the normal CMOS-1.8V level,
but the clock signal from the CLKOUT pin is at a lower level (about less than 1Vpp).
The register settings are used with default values.
The voltage across the DFS pin is (3/8) AVDD ± 100mV.
Can this happen depending on the configuration?
