ADS131M08EVM: Trying to connect it with a LaunchPad and facing issues with the Ground

Hi,

I am trying to connect the ADS EVal Module with a MSP-EXP432E401Y launchpad. I had removed R67. First, I used an external DC to provide power to the ADS. When I tie the Gnds of the launchpad and the ADS (in a breadboard), my voltage drops low and I don't read 3.3 on the AVDD or the DVDD (through a multimeter). I removed the launchpad and with the gnd pin (from the J10 connector) of the ADS connected to the DC supply gnd, I am still seeing a drop in the voltage.  I tried to take away the DC, provide supply from the 3V3 pin of the launchpad, so the connection would be 3V3 to the AVDD and DVDD, Gnds of both the boards tied together. In this also, I see that the voltage drops to ¬2.2V on the DVDD and ¬1.5V on the AVDD.

I think I am missing something, but I am not sure what.. The JP12 jumper is removed (I guess it should be?). Any help please.
