Hi,

What is the isolation for independent operation for DAC3484 4CH outputs? (IOUTA,IOUTB,IOUTC,IOUTD)

configuration is as below:

Fdac = 1250 MSPS

Fdata = 312.5 MSPS

fs/2 mixer is enabled

in this way i am getting an 750MHz output signal

Hi,

i cant understand from the figures what is the isolation at 750MHz.

and also what is the isolation between IoutA &IoutB

Hi Asaf,

You can see from the plots that Kang sent from the datasheet, that the isolation around 750MHz would be about 50 to 60dB.

Is the isolation between channels A and B (A active) the same as the isolation between C and B (C active)? there is no mentions to the isolation between channels A and B and between channels C and D in the datasheet

Hi Asaf,

I spoke with someone that worked on this device long ago, the isolation around 750MHz for CHA&B would be about 50 to 60dB.

Is there a reason you are choosing this older DAC? Why not go with the DAC12DL3200 or DAC39RF10 instead?
