ADS124S08: RTD measurement solution recommendation for AECQ100

Hi Expert,

My customer is looking for the solution with AEC-Q100 qualified in RTD measurement system. The RTD requirement we can refer to below screenshot from app note.

They just need 1 channel. In this app note, the recommendation are LMP90xxx+ADS124S08. Do we have AEC-Q100 qualified recommendation?

Regarding your question: the ADS1120-Q1 (16-bit, 4-ch, 2kSPS delta-sigma) or ADS1261-Q1 (24-bit, 11-ch, 40 kSPS delta-sigma) can both be used for RTD measurements. In fact, the device datasheets include an application example measuring an RTD that I have shown below
