TSW1400EVM ERROR 5000 occured when using HSDC Pro to update firmware

Hello TI engineers:

I have a TSW1400 board and a AFE58JD48EVM board,and i connected them together.

But ERROR 5000 occured when I used HSDC Pro to update the firmware of AFE58JD48EVM.

Please see the pictures I have given below.

Then I installed FT-Prog to verify that TSW1400 and  AFE58JD48EVM can be recognized by my PC.

I have tried to reinstall the HSDC and AFE58JD48EVM GUI software, but the error still happens.

 I also tried on a different computer but getting the same error.
