Can I get the failure rate (FIT) for this device (ADS7953QDBTRQ1)?
I am using the Motor Control mission profile based on IEC 62380 (Table 11 - Mission profiles for automotive). Mean temp ~60 deg C.
Preferred confidence levels of at-least 70%. Happy to help with any additional information needed.
