My customer is asking us about ADS5401's temperature sensor.
1. What is the accuracy of the temperature sensor in ADS5401?
2. How can customer convert Reg 0x2B value to Celcius degree? - This may be answered in here

Hi Wasa,

If the accuracy of the temp sensor is not in the datasheet, then this integrated temp sensor is only for giving the customer a relative measurement. They would need to use an external temp sensor device in order to get better accuracy and a true relative measurement of temperature.

For question 2, yes, this is the answer.

Hi Rob,

Customer is using multiple ADS5401 on 1 board, and one of those indicates different value. That's why customer is asking us this. I am confirming with customer how much difference can be seen on the particular device and if the phenomenon happens at always.

There is no accuracy information on the datasheet. Do you have any design target or variation data?
