Hi,

P/N: ADS54J60 (JESD204B serial interface with data rates up to 10 Gbps)

We are doing signal integrity with ADS54J60 IC IBIS model, but we are not able to get the more than 1000MHz frequence from IBIS model output.

Kindly suggest how to simulate the signal integrity up to 10Gbps and if you have correct IBIS model, kindly share.

In our receiver side is up to 10Gbps frequency.

There is an IBIS AMI model posted on the device's webpage. Did you try this one as well?

After looking at this a bit more. Have you extracted the folder properly into ADS to run the simulation?

It does not look like you have fully extracted the zip file from the view you have provided.

we are downloaded again IBIS model and simulated.

Still we are facing simulation error, please find the below error snapshoot.
