ADC32J24: Radiation data

Hello,

I am planning to use ADC32J24 data convert in my design. 

I would like to get a report on anything related to tested radiation data such as total Ionizing dose (TID), Single event effects (SEE) such as Single event latch-up (SEL), SET or SEU.

    Hi Tin,

    Unfortunately, we do not have any radiation data on this device, as this is not a space grade part.

    However, we do have other space grade device if interested.

    These can be located on TI.com using the parametric table under data converters.
