DAC3482: ECCN code with justification

To enter components into our PLM system, they must have ECCN code with a justification of why that code is the appropriate one.

Does this exist for this part (DAC3482)?

Hello,

We have received information from our Global Trade Compliance Team:

DAC3482 is a 16-bit digital-to-analog converter (DAC) with a sample rate as high as 1.25GSPS that is characterized for operation over the entire industrial temperature range of –40°C to 85°C. It is not enumerated in any ECCN so EAR99 applies.
