ADS42LB69: INL plot

Dear support Team,

I would like to know if you could provide some INL plots for this ADC, i.e at 70 MHz-250 MS/s?

Additionally, does TI have a design support Tool to calculate and plot INL from a sine-wave ADC data, as “High Speed Data Converter Pro” do for other parameters?

Hi Jean,

Unfortunately, we cannot share the original INL data used for the datasheet.

HSDCPro does not have the option to calculate or measure INL.

Hello Rob,

Thank you for the quick reply. I will try to measure these characteristic myself. I think this is quite challenging for a 16 bit ADC?

Hi Jean-Luc,

Yes, and even more difficult, lengthy really when you measure INL with a 16bit ADC as the ADS42LB69 is. You need to ensure you walk across each code in order to compute the INL correctly.
