ADS8320: Question about fabrication history

Tool/software:

I have few questions in regards to the fabrication history of the ADS8320E/250.

I am seeking a replacement for the ADS8320E from Burr Brown Coporation (Cage code 13919)

From my research, Texas Instrument had acquired Burr Brown corporation on June 21, 2000. I see that the Texas Instrument website that the fabrication location of the ADS8320E/250 is located in Taiwan.

So my questions are:
1. Was this Fabrication Facility (in Taiwan) for the ADS8320E acquired from Burr Brown Corp during the merger?

2. If it was, has there been any changes to the Fabrication line?
