ADS8166: Per the datasheet, the ADC cycle-time minimum does not match with the max conversion time plus the min acquisition time.

Tool/software:

We are using the ADS8166 for our design.  Per the datasheet, the ADC cycle-time minimum (4us) does not match with the max conversion time (2.5us) plus the min acquisition time (0.3us).
