We are using the ADS8166 for our design. Per the datasheet, the ADC cycle-time minimum (4us) does not match with the max conversion time (2.5us) plus the min acquisition time (0.3us).

Thanks for your question. Looking at this older E2E thread, it looks like t_acq ends up being t_cycle - max t_conv.
