TX75E16EVM: TX75E16EVM GUI Device Cannot be Found

Hello TI Engineers,

I follow the user guide to power up TX75E16EVM and test it.But the Latte reported 'Device Cannot be Found',as the screenshot shown below.

How to check and solve this problem?The LED indicators on the board all look normal.
