ADS7952: ADS7952 different part numbers

I'm looking to use ADS79852 on a new design, but can't see a description of what the extra "B" in some of the part numbers refers to?

e.g. ADS7952SBRHBR vs ADS7952SRHBR

Hi Dan,

The "SB" devices have slightly better performance than the "S" devices. Apart from these, they are exactly the same. Below is a capture from the electrical characteristics section of the datasheet which shows the differences.
